Learners must be accompanied by an instructor or another qualified driver (e.g., a family member or friend) who is at least 21 years old and has had a full driver's license for at least three years.

When will you be able to receive your complete driver's license?
Before scheduling a practical driving test, learners must pass a theoretical exam to demonstrate their understanding of the Highway Code.
The rookie will then be put through several maneuvers, including reversing into a parking space and being asked to manage traffic on their own.
If they pass, they will be able to drive on their own before receiving their complete license in the mail.
The driving exam will be changed in December to make it more "realistic," in the most significant modification since the theoretical test was established in 1996.
Reversing around corners will be eliminated, and learners will be required to follow directions from a satnav rather than road signs for the first time.
Andrew Jones, the Transport Minister, stated that the reforms will help save lives.
He said, "Making test drives very relevant for the 21st century, for example, by including Satnav, would go a very long way toward making that happen."
